Introduction

This page contains my notes while trying to learn more about the ptychographic reconstruction, fold_slice and PtychoShelves packages, and the maximum-likelihood formalism for optimizion. Please keep in mind that this documentation represents my personal learnings and limited capabilities at this point in time. Feel free to ask any clarifying questions that you may have or provide feedback so that I can improve and expand upon these notes.
